I aim to provide a 'One to One' professional service dealing with all your needs. Using modern social media and internet based facilities, quotations can be provided and actual work updates via What's App, E mail and Facebook - wherever your location.
I provide a wide range of skills both ''inside'' and ''outside'' the Home and Office.
Interior wise - Work topics include:
I leave the bigger plastering and electrics jobs to the professional full time tradesmen !
I can also provide cost effective solutions to your Gardening, Fencing and Landscaping needs - from wind damaged bouandry fences to a full garden make over
Exterior wise - Work Topics include:
Again, the more specialist exterior work like Tree Surgery and Building Work, I leave to the full time tradesmen.
Work can be contracted to include Materials and Labour or on a Labour only basis. Rates are available by the hour, 1/2 day and full day rate.
I can also deal with one-off jobs, project management or accommodate both small and large work on a regular, retainer basis. Several years ago I was heavily involved in a complete Welsh Long House restoration which certainly fueled my interest in historic buildings. More recently I've completed complete rental property upgrades both in Swansea and further afield - for long standing clients.
Swansea Handyman is fully insured and looks to supply complete satisfaction at a competitive rate. I'm always looking at ways to reduce our impact on the environment and seek to recycle as much waste as possible.
